Weekend Required: Traveler will participate in weekend call rotation.

Is on-call Required Yes; 12-15 depending on staffing/vacations/etc.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Yes, floats to other departments if needed when volumes are low like (preop/PACU/POST op/ OR) not to fully staff but to help task if needed.

Open to accommodating block schedule Manager’s discretion.

RTO Restrictions: Please request RTO up front if possible. Travelers may be required to participate in holiday and weekend rotation.

Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours/ week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 48 hours/ week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/ week.

Additional Information: Special procedures-Cardiac cath & PCI, STEMI Designated Hospital, Vascular Procedures, Pacemakers & ICD implants, and complete pre/post care of all outpatients.

Scrub Color: Provided

All clinicians (allied/CNAs/RNs, etc.) cannot work past 1 year as a traveler. A 6 month break must be taken in order to return as a traveler
