Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Housing in ME becomes more expensive in the summer months, beginning in May. Be sure to confirm you are comfortable with housing options before applying.

Roles requiring state licensure only: License should not expire within 45 days following start date

Travel Pairs: If you are in a relationship, EMMC will not schedule you on the same days. If you are not in a relationship, you can be scheduled for the same days if not on the same shift/unit. Managers will not guarantee the same schedule for travel pairs.

Manager Interviews

Required Skills/Experience: Skills required: Discussed during interview.

Unit/Facility Details: Level II Trauma Center – receives air flights in (serve 2/3 of State; closest trauma center within a 2 hr radius). Certified Stroke Center.

Special Requests: Approval of time off: Manager Approval.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation: yes, discussed during interview, done in rotation with other staff. Call rotation: typically, 1 night per week (preferred only). Holiday Expectations: Considered part of weekend/call rotation (preferred only).

Floating Requirements: Floating within EMMC only.
