Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Operating Room experience is required from the last 3 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Clinicians who live within 50.1-75 miles from the facility will be considered local.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Special Requests: No block scheduling.

Shift & Scheduling: Call Requirement: 1-2 call days per week at minimum, Weekend Requirement one weekend day per month at minimum
