References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Allied Clinicians that do not require a state license in hand must arrive 3 days prior to start for fingerprints.
Caseload: 50-60 pt's on the OT caseload.
Weekend REQ: Will work 1 weekend per month.
Open to accommodating block schedule? No.
RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: Acute Care. Required Activities of Daily Living Skills/Experience: Adaptive Equipment, Pre-Discharge Planning. Required Professional Skills and Knowledge: Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls. Required Billing/Documentation Skills/Experience: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments.

Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation
Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics
Patient Diagnoses: wide variety. Ortho, med/surg, ICU, IMC, Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology
RTO – we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate MUST WORK 2 out of 3 major holidays.
Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by
