Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have inpatient rehab experience or Med Surg.

Acute inpatient rehab or acute rehab hospital

2 years in Med Surg or IRF

Preferred Skills/Experience: Trauma ll experience

Unit/Facility Details: 70% of patient cases come referred from Trauma Center.

Will not accept skilled nursing experience unless they have 2 years of IRF or Med Surg

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
