Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Oregon license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Required Skills and Experience: Proficiency in basic nursing skills, patient assessment, and documentation; knowledge of discharge planning processes and basic patient education techniques; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team; flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment focused on discharge readiness. Must have acute care experience. Must be able to function during periods of stress, trauma and/or disease.
