Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 36 months of Interventional Radiology experience.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Required Skills/Experience: 3 yrs total exp required. Needs to be trained in the recovery of patients as well as IR

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 yrs preferred in specialty.

Required Credentials: Government Issued Photo ID

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Cath Lab procedures Critical Care Medical Imaging/IR. Will work in multi imaging modalities including starting IV, manage access ports, monitoring VS/Tidal CO2, setting up trays/fields. Administer and monitor patients under moderate sedation, foley, chest tubes, drains, dsgs, adm IV ETOH cirrhosis, ascites requiring paracentesis, post surgical pts, requiring abcess drainage and chest tubes the RN will assist with paracenteses procedures and CT biopsies Ideally will be proficient with conscious sedation.

Types of Patients on Unit: Age range of patients : ped to geriatric

Equipment Used on Unit: Medication system pyxis. Ventilators : philips monitors, gravity flow IV
