Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

ER/Medsurg

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years experience Med Surg.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Critical Access Hospital Experience

• We would prefer to have someone who has all certifications and is able to cover the ER as charge nurse. If that isn’t possible, we can be flexible on that, but it is expected that all nurses working the floor are able to work in ER as we only have 2 RNs on staff at a time.

Unit/Facility Details: All clinicians must badge in and out at facility.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: We have 2 RNs as minimum staffing and typically have either a PCT or LPN on as a 3rd person. Our RNs float each day between med/surg, outpatient and emergency department
