Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.

COVID booster required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Outpatient Dialysis RN.

Unit/Facility Details: IVS to OFFER. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.

Special Requests: Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. No block schedules for any reason.

Shift & Scheduling: No call but Saturday requirements. Must be flexible with schedule, will work 8/10/12 shifts as needed, flexible start times.

Floating Requirements: Floating as needed to St. Albans & Berlin is required.
