Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Infusion Center experience.

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

ONS (Required)

Required Skills/Experience: Infusion center, outpatient onc, admin of Interferons & Interleukins, admin of chemo and treatments, recognize abnormal labs, port mgmt

Preferred Skills/Experience:Community Hospital Experience, Teaching Hospital Experience

Previous Employment Requirements: Any Permanent Employee must be gone for at least 6 months
