Requirements

Experience

24 months of acute care experience.

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Occupational Therapy experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Required Skills/Experience: 1- year certified home care OT Licensure Two years of experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as an Occupational Therapist Registered with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts. ability to work with various computer software required and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices preferred Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations. Travel required within PHH's geographic area
