Requirements
Experience
12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Guaranteed Hours: 36
Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Bachelor’s (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy.
