Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is preferred from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40

Shift Requirements: 7:30/8-5 Mon-Thurs, Friday 7:30/8 until 40 hours shorter day.

Float requirements: Aspirus Ironwood Outpatient Clinic

On Call/Call-Back: 1 Weekend per month

Weekend: only for On - call

Will need to obtain NPI Number if they do not have it.

Required Education: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Unit Specific Skillset: Patient population: OP and IP mix, across lifespan peds through geriatric. Ortho (Post Op TKA, THA, TSA, etc), OP Neuro, etc.
