An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience

Experience with restraints, restraint chair, seclusion.

Mental illness and Substance abuse - Adult and Geriatric

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Minimum Experience (yrs in specialty): Prefer at least 2 years

Experience in inpatient mental health facility preferred.

Post ECT treatment experience helpful

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

Primary Case/Procedure Types: Substance abuse/Detox; Mental Illness; Medication passing, cares, documentation, mileau management

Types of Patients on Unit: Working with all ranges of Mental Illness and diagnoses.

of Beds – 22 beds on unit

Special Requests:

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Rotation Requirements: 2 out of 4 weekends or every other

Holiday Rotation Requirements: holiday rotation

Floating Requirements:

Float to MS units as needed based on census
