Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Experience with eHealth Solutions (Siemens) is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

Required Credentials: candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

  • Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Compression FX/ Venous Access/Hyrdronephrosis/Chest Pain/PHTN/SOB/Gastric Ulcer/PE/DVT

Equipment Used on Unit: Apollo cardiac charting

Unit/Facility Details:

  • #cases per day on average: 4-5

Shift & Scheduling:

  • Weeknight/Call Requirements: Minimum 10 shifts
  • Weekend/Call Requirements: Minimum 2 weekends (1 IR and 1 Cardiac)
  • Holiday/Call Requirements: Yes
  • What is call response time?: 30 minutes from IMC, ASAP to LKS/MCB/Bergan

Floating Requirements: will need to float for call to all 3 campuses (Immanuel, Lakeside and Mercy CB)
