Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Outpatient experience a plus, ability to work independently

Parking Location: surface lots

Shift & Scheduling: Shift: M-TH 0700 – 1600, Fridays the clinic is open from 0700 – 1300 however this could be open to discussion as well
