Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Pediatric Dialysis Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Education Requirements: Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.
