Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 36 months of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit experience.
BSN completion required
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 6 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license

PALS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
PICU - HOSP - Lurie
1 manager reference from within the last 6 months OR 2 charge nurse references from within the last 6 months (One reference must be from most recent employment)
Shift & Scheduling:
- 12hr Rotating (7a-7:30p & 7p-7:30a). 1st 3 weeks shifts will either be on the 7a-7p or 7p-7a shift, the next 6 weeks will be the opposite and the last 4 weeks change again - TBD with traveler and unit Director.
- Every other weekend rotation (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years PICU/CICU experience.
Special Requests: Travelers are expected to work 2 of the 3 holidays and this includes the time around the holidays please
