Requirements
Experience
18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience within the past 12 months.
Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license

PALS (Required)
TNCC (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Drips: Heparin, Insulin, Cardene, Dopamine, Epinephrine, Fentanyl, Propofol, Levophed
Required Credentials: Basic Cardiac Rythm, traveler will be required to pass an EKG competency exam as part of Compliance
Preferred Credentials: National certification- Emergency nursing
Unit/Facility Details: Free parking around campus or can pay to park in parking decks
Shift & Scheduling:
- On Call, Call Back Requirements: No call
- Weekend Rotation: 5-6 weekend shifts out of 12 (on a 6-week schedule)
- Holiday Expectations: Work one shift of each major holiday
Floating Requirements: Float within ER
