Shift: primarily work Monday through Friday with potential to work 2 weekend days a month (would be comped out a weekday) Preferred hours would be 8:30-5pm. Potential to work a 1 or 2 holidays- supervisor to confirm
40 guaranteed hours
Census 30-34; average pts for an 8 hr day is 6-8
Inpatient rehab experience preferred at a like facility
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Stroke, SCI, TBI, multi trauma
No floating expected, could float to acute units if we were LC
- Orientation (facility and unit):
- NEO
- 2 days departmental
Scheduling:
- Weekend rotation: every other
- On call? If so, what is that schedule? No on call
- Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays
- RTO: Resource Team approval
- Schedule cycle: ex) every 4 weeks
Scrub Color: any, no pediatric
