Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
36 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Hawaii license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

References must be from the 2 most recent places of employment.

NIH SS Cert (submit certification or take online 45 min class as part of orientation)

Must be flexible - Day or Night shift to be determined per roster period dependent on staffing needs. 3–12-hour shifts (36 hours) per week

following first week of orientation. 2–12-hour call shifts per 4-week roster period.

When needed may float out to other critical care and step-down units.

Dress Code: Professional wear - Scrubs

1 week orientation up to 40 hours
