36-hour guarantees only (no 48s) – can pick up additional shifts

Must work 2 of 3 major holidays.

Travel pairs cannot request the same schedule

Cannot have an employment gap in the past 4+ months.

STEMI and Stroke receiving will ship out if stroke intervention required.

Ratios: 1:5 medical, 1:6 for fast track.

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Any and all emergency needs.

Weekend Requirements: 4 weekends shifts per 4-week block.

Holiday Requirements: Typically, 2 of the 5 (count the eves).

Floating Requirements: Shared schedule with Foothills- typically scheduled ahead of time, infrequent last-minute floating.15-minute drive to Foothills freestanding ER.

Scrub Color: Navy Blue

How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: One NEO, one day clinical/EPIC, one day on the floor.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
