Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

Flu shot is strongly recommended.

High acuity ICU. Experience with Open heart, Neuro, CRRT experience.

Experience in CRRT-CABG-Stroke-TNK-

Schedule includes working every other weekend, and every other Holiday; calling in sick on a weekend Friday 7p-Monday 7am will require making up the sick call on the following weekend

Floating is an expectation of this contract should ICU experience low census

No RTO for holidays
