Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Must be able to read and interpret fetal strips.
• Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.
Unit/Facility Details: Ratios 1:1 for pit, mag, or insulin drips. 1:3 couplet care.
Special Requests: RTO needed upfront - Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Shift & Scheduling:
Days + Call, Every third weekend, every other holiday
Call or standby requirement: Depends on staffing
Floating Requirements: Will float to Medsurg & ER as needed (must be able to read strips). Perm staff usually first to float.
