Special Requests: Please note that the facility needs help through all Mardi Gras, so please minimize any RTO requests from 2/13 - 2/22.

Shift & Scheduling: The schedule will either be a 3x12 or 5x8 schedule weekly. The 3x12 days shift is (6:15 - 18:45) the 5x8 shift is (6:15 - 14:45). Weekend Requirement: Yes Weekend Call as Needed. Call Requirements:3-4 Call Shifts Per 4 Week Schedule. Holidays: As Needed.
