Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 60 months of Operating Room experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Shift & Scheduling: shift start times vary depending on OR start time (shift could start as early as 0545 and as late at 0800 but 10 hour shift starts from start time that shift) up to 5 week night oncall shifts a month (1630-0700) and 1 weekend oncall shift a month (Sat 0700-Mon 0700). Holiday oncall shift
