Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 60 months of Nurse Management experience within the past 12 months.

BSN completion required

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum Experience: 15 years total nursing experience

ED direct care nursing Experience 8 years

Prior ED leadership/background

Preferred Credentials: Masters highly preferred.

Shift & Scheduling: Start Date: 12/1 or 12/15

7 am - 3:30 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm
