Travel Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units.

• Shift & Scheduling:
• Every 4th or 5th weekend required
• On call evening rotation a few times per month
• No holiday RTO - holidays as needed

Required Skills/Experience: Kinnser experience. Sufficient home health/hospice experience

• Types of Patients on Unit:

• Works with home health and hospice patients

• Works with Adults & Geriatrics

• Floating Requirements:

• Hospital is located in Michigan on the MI/WI border. Will work with patients located in MI and WI

• Facility also has fleet cars available

Special Requests: No block schedules. If multiple holidays occur during assignment, facility will only accept 1 holiday RTO request

Equipment Used on Unit: Dickinson utilizes Paragon/Allscripts for our acute care and T-System for the Emergency Department.
