Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
NRP (Required)
RNC-NIC (Preferred)
STABLE (Preferred)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 2 years of NICU experience, must have at least level 3 experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Charge experience
- Couplet care experience
- Skilled in breastfeeding techniques & education
- Pediatric/PICU experience would be helpful to be able to float
Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Requirement: Every other Weekend

Holiday Requirement: Worked into permanent staff rotation

Call or standby requirement: Must be available within 30mins of call, would be placed on call for low census.
