Floating Requirements: Peds MS, NICU- feeder-growers or could float to med/surg, PCU, ICU, ED, Psych units as 1/1 sitter or helping hands
Holiday Requirements: as needed
Scrub Color/Dress code: surgical scrubs provided
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
RTO needed upfront. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Obstetric, L&D, antepartum, triage, postpartum MgSo4, pre E Pregnancy, accept 23+ weeks; Gestational hypertension, Gestational diabetes, No cardiac intervention- they will take occasional higher risk patients, Post partum vaginal and c-section deliveries, hysterectomy, bladder repairs, mastectomies
Must have 3 years of experience in LDRP
Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios? L&D: 1/1-2, Postpartum: 1/2-3 couplets, 1/3-4 surgical/medical
