Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Ambulatory Surgery Center experience.

BSN completion preferred

3 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures. Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.

Required Credentials: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program / -Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program.

Unit/Facility Details: RN Outpatient Surgery - FS / OU Health University of Oklahoma Medical Center is Oklahoma’s only Level I Trauma Center. Clinicians should have strong Trauma Level 1 experience and/or be willing to work with difficult cases. Travelers will be first to float.
