Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
22 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Details:

Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Day/Night rotating you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department’s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.

Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: variable based on unit needs

Please note: all candidates must be made aware of the urgency of the ohio fingerprinting process. Candidate must complete fingerprints as soon as they sign contract. Travelers who are unresponsive or uncooperative with credentialing are at risk of push/cancel.

All candidates who are currently outside the state of ohio but within driving distance will be required to drive to a fingerprinting location in ohio as soon as possible after booking. Travelers who are extreme distances from ohio will be mailed a fingerprinting packet, which is to be completed urgently upon receipt. Detailed instructions will be sent to the candidate by the credentialing team.
