Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Need someone with a strong background in cardiac and will need to work weekends. Not all weekends but a nigh need for coverage during weekends.

Looking for experience in Balloon Pump and Impella Pump

Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month, however this is subject to change if the unit needs require more, then this would be the expectation. Travelers must be flexible - Weekends are Saturday & Sunday for both shifts
Holidays: 1 major & 1 minor

Floating Requirements: RN would need to float to PCU and Med Surg as needed. (depending on census.)
