Required Skills: IV Therapy/Infusions, Accessing/Managing Ports, Administration of blood & blood products, Administration of coagulation factors, Antifungals, Antivirals, Care and management of ports, Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, PICC line care, Starting and maintaining IVs, Administration of chemotherapy, Body fluid handling post chemotherapy, Continuous infusion of chemotherapy, IV push administration of chemotherapy, Management/disposal of cytotoxic spills, Monitor chemotherapy, Oral administration of chemotherapy, Recognize/communicate abnormal lab values

Preferred Skills: Active Immunotherapy Specific/Non Specific, Administration of Interferons, Administration of Interleukins, Recognize/manage side effects, Alteration in skin and mucous membranes, Altered mental status, Constipation/diarrhea, Dysphagia, Edema, Nausea/vomiting, Neuropathy, Hospice care, Patient/Family education and support, Withholding/withdrawing treatment, Inpatient oncology, Leukemia/Blood Dyscrasias, Lymphoma/Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge, Teaching Hospital, Community Hospital, and LTAC Experience, Trauma Level I Experience

Required Credentials: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Unit/Facility Details:

Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.

Special Requests: Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer

Shift & Scheduling: 4x12 or 3x12 Days able to accommodate

Weekend Requirements: Will work every other weekend.

Pre-Approved Time Off: 2 Requests

Floating Requirements: Will float as needed.

Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by
