Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

ACUTE CARE (PCU)

This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.

Patient Ratios – SD/ICU 2-4:1; Med-Surg: 5-6:1; 2-3 PCT on floor as appropriate

ACLS completed prior to end of orientation

RNs with ICU/Stepdown experience preferred

Staff with 1 year med/surg experience is preferred

Floating Area(s): TCU

Dress Code: Nurses-Navy blue scrubs; NAs: galaxy/royal blue scrubs

Weekends and On call: Weekend rotation, 3 Monday and Friday per 6 week scheduling. Holidays per staffing matrix.
