Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Burn Intensive Care Unit experience.
Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Previous Charge, Teaching Hospital, Cardiac monitoring and emergency response, management of dysrhythmias, interpretation of dysrhythmias, IV therapy, arterial line management, central line care/management, medications, titrate cardiac drips, titrate vasoactive drips, respiratory/thoracic, assist with management of BiPAP, assist with management of CPAP, care of ventilated patient, suctioning (ETT, NT), professional topics and skills, isolation precautions/use of PPE.

Required Credentials:

State Issued ID is required prior to submission

Certifications: Military acceptable, AHA preferred. No ARC

Shift & Scheduling:

Every Sunday and Saturday likely, but will schedule based on needs

Weekend Coverage: Every Other

During holiday season (Nov-Jan), only one holiday RTO can be requested for approval
