Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
36 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from last 3 months.
ADN completion required
Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 3 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36

MUST provide copies of current immunizations, negative Tb skin test proof of last two years (1 within 30 days prior to start), provide documentation of 2 MMR vaccinations, Tdap, and Flu shot. Clean background check, all PRIOR to arrival.

Tuba City Regional Healthcare does not require your RN to have an AZ state license. Your nurse must have a valid RN license from their state of residence.

This position is primarily within the Intensive Care Unit and periodically will FLOAT to ED, Med/Surg or Peds in case of low census.

Nursing duties include the provision of inpatient care and support in the 5 Bed I.C.U. to individuals of all ages and their families. After hours recovery of post op general surgery, pediatric, & OB patients as needed.

o Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) must be completed within 6 months of hire

ORIENTATION: Every two (2) weeks only.
