Travel Allied (Sterile Processing Tech) - Sterile Processing Unit

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have 1 year experience in a level 1 academic medical center with 20 or more ORs.
• Must have Service Line experience to submit.
• Recent case pick and sterilization experience.
• Sterile instrument reprocessing and GI endoscope reprocessing.
• Service Lines: Robotics, General, Cardiac, Perivascular, Cardiovascular, Ears Nose Throat, Eyes, Laparoscopic, Ortho, Ortho Spine, Neuro, Dental, Loaners (Implants), Plastic, Urology, Endo; Flexible scope (high level disinfection experience).

Further Requirements:

• HCP is familiar with Olympus Scopes and Washer.
• HCP is familiar with loaner trays.
• HCP rates self as experienced with DaVinci Robot Xi.

Preferred Credentials: CER, CIS, and CHL.

Special Requests: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Assignment for 26-32 weeks.
• A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care.
