Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

12 months of Mother-Baby/Couplet Care experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Experience attending delivers preferred (no circulating)

Antepartum training (preferred)

May float within the Women's Life Department (floating to NICU only for feeders & growers) or to other Richmond BSMH facilities if needed.

Every other weekend/major holiday required.

Patient population: High acuity; language barriers, Substance abuse, Chronic conditions affecting pregnancy, Help syndrome

Recent OB, ED or critical care experience (preferred).

Care of the Extremely Low Birth Weight Neonate Certification - National Certification Corporation (preferred)
