Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Unit and facility details: Mostly IP/OP, and heavy on the OP side. We would potentially have a traveler cover some SNF patients. On the OP side we see a good variety of post-surgical, geriatric, balance, back pain, high school athletes, vestibular, and wound care. Productivity Expectations Not required but expect 65-75%.
Shift & Scheduling: Typically 8-5 but can be flexible with 4 x 10.
