Requirements

Experience

9 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months.

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: RN Circulator who can position patient on hospital bed, prep, position for surgery and monitor all equipment

Preferred SKills/Experience: At least 3 years of experience for Circulators and CST’s

Special Requests: Not requesting time off preferred.

Shift & Scheduling: On Call Requirement – 4 to 5 Call Days at MCAL. On call requirements - 5 days a month with one weekend.

Floating Requirements: Floating Requirement – Share staff between Surgical Hospital and Alliance campus.
