Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Details:

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

HCP must be aware of travel cancellation and floating requirement

Dysrhythmia exam needed? -- Yes

Will work 4 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule

Drips ---- Just about any drip may be needed

Will not be taking fresh hearts

Patients are not moved to lower units

Patient population ---- CIWA, resp failure, CRRT, surgical patients, usually patients with open bellies or large wounds, GIB, drug overdoses

Adults (18-64 years) Geriatrics (65 years and older)

Education: Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred)

6 months RN experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit (preferred)
