Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: PFT Exp

Preferred Skills/Experience: CPFT OR RPFT NICU not needed, but strong ED Infant experience with a ventilator.

Shift & Scheduling: Days/Evenings - 2x8s and 2x12s At least every other weekend and holiday dependent on departments need.

Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy (must be gone 2 yrs to return as traveler)

Floating Requirements: RI and CT license required to float to sister campus Lawrence and Memorial Hospital

Required Credentials: we will need a copy of their high school diplomas for the lab do be able to run I-sats ABGS
