Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

EMR – CPN, Meditech

Must have (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role): Does Couplet Care if floated

Preferred or nice to have (candidates with these skills will be considered first): Over 2 years of Labor and Delivery, Transition Nurse/Baby Catching

Floating Area(s): Postpartum-Couplets

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Hospital infant security scrubs

Weekends and On call(if any): Yes, as they are filling in our needs. Typically we don’t ask for a scheduled on-call.
