Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

60 months of Nurse Management experience is required from last 3 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

ACLS (Required)

CNOR (Preferred)

Additional Details:

Operating Room Unit Manager

Minimum of 5 years of previous OR management/operations experience.

This candidate must have previous experience working in a union environment.

Must have previous OR Front Desk management experience and be familiar with room turnover and throughput.

Expert knowledge of key perioperative standards and compliance specifications (AORN, ASPAN, AAMI, Title-22, OSCHA, etc.)

Shift and Schedule: Monday - Friday. 40hrs guaranteed.
