Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience: Acute Inpatient rehab, Administration of blood & blood products, Care and management of ports, Anticoagulants, Antiseizure, Diuretics, Assistive Devices, Mobilization Techniques, Prosthesis application, Pulse/CMS checks, Total Joint Replacements, Blood glucose monitoring, Chronic renal failure/dialysis, Foley catheter removal, COVID, Incentive Spirometry, Oral /Nasotracheal suctioning, Pulse Oximetry, Supplemental oxygen delivery, Tracheostomy care/management, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Neuromuscular disease, Seizure disorders, Spinal cord injury, Stroke scale assessment, Diabetic Teaching, Fall Risk Assessment/Prevention, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions, Lift/transfer devices, National Patient Safety Goals/Core Measures, Pain Assessment Management, Patient Teaching, Pressure Ulcer Assessment/Prevention, Restraints, Specialty beds, Wound care, Feeding tube care and management, PEG Tube feeding and management, Swallowing precautions, Thickened liquids

Special Requests: RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends Shifts per Contact: 4-5

Floating Requirements: Float to like MedSurg Units
