Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Operating Room experience within the past 3 years.
Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months
Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Unit/Facility Details:

  • Parking: Permit required through UW Transportation if parking onsite
  • Travelers will orient at 600 Highland Ave, room F8/170 (subject to change – traveler should follow instructions in welcome letter)

Shift & Scheduling:

  • Monday - Friday, between the hours of 0700 - 2300. Primary shift will be 0700 - 1930 rotating into 1100 - 2330 as needed.
  • Weeknight, weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities.
