Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 4 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date

Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

EPIC experience - if no, what other EMR system have they used - list in comments section

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Respond to code blue calls, Artlines, vents, bipap, cardiac monitoring

Unit/Facility Details: 10 beds

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 1/2-3, Tele 1/3-5, ER 1/3-5

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday.

Floating Requirements: Willing to float to other units: Tele, ER/Observatory

Will pull to CCU as needed.
