Travel Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Operating Room

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have general experience
• Large (500+ beds), academic, teaching hospital experience
• A minimum of 2 years OR RN experience with recent experience and high competency in cardiovascular/open heart OR

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Required Credentials: Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained. This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit

Preferred Credentials:

Unit/Facility Details: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area; reliable transportation (personal vehicle or rental vehicle) is strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April

Shift & Scheduling:

• 4 10-hour days (0645–1715) or 3 12-hour days (0645–1915)
• Assignment Length: 16–32 weeks
• Call Requirements: One/two 12-hour weekday calls (1900–0715). Usually only one during the week unless short staffed. One full weekend of call every 5 weeks
• Monday to Sunday

Floating Requirements: May be required to float to other OR suites (general, ortho, neuro, ENT, etc.). If floated, will be circulating only and not required to scrub

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
