Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
12 months of Surgical Unit experience is required from last 3 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
This is primarily an Adult Surgical Unit with a few Peds patient beds.
*Travel RN may be required to float to other units.
This position will require every other weekend & holiday and 12 hours shifts (Nights 6:30P-7A).
